Application Instructions
Every application to the D & D Commercial Cleaning Partner Network is reviewed manually by our team. Submitting an application or payment does not guarantee approval. Membership options become available only after your application is approved.
STEP 01
Verification
Submit your business details, licensing, and proof of insurance. Uploaded documents are kept private and used only for review.
STEP 02
Operational Audit
Your application is marked Pending Review while our team reviews your operations and documents. We may request additional documents.
STEP 03
Final Approval
Once approved, you will be notified by email and can choose a Founding, Preferred, or Premium Business Partner membership.

Subcontractor Application
D & D Service Group LLC is building a network of reliable independent cleaning professionals and established cleaning businesses interested in commercial cleaning subcontracting opportunities.
We welcome cleaning businesses interested in professional relationships and future commercial cleaning projects. We review your business, qualifications, and documentation and keep your information on file for potential opportunities. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a contract, or work assignments.
Your application is reviewed manually. Do not submit bank account numbers, routing numbers, or other sensitive banking credentials. Do not send applicants to payment, subscription, account, login, or checkout pages.

Accuracy & Agreement
Accuracy of information. By submitting this application, you confirm that all business, licensing, insurance, and operational information provided is true, complete, and current. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or revocation of membership.
Manual review & approval. Every application is manually reviewed by D & D Services Group LLC and remains in Pending Review until a decision is made. We may request additional documents, verify insurance, or decline any application at our discretion. Submitting an application or payment does not grant approval.
Payment preference. Tell us how you prefer to receive payment for approved subcontracting work: ACH / Direct Deposit, Business Check, or Other. Payment details are collected separately through a secure process if needed after approval.
No guarantee of work. Membership in the D & D Commercial Cleaning Partner Network does not guarantee contracts, referrals, job volume, or income of any kind.
Documents & privacy. Uploaded documents are used solely for verification and are never published. Directory listings appear only for approved, active members who have given listing consent. See our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy for full details.
